FAQ + TERMS
I do my best to update the website regarding the availability of items. However, it is possible that an item might sell before I’ve had an opportunity to do so. In the unlikely event you are charged for an item that is not available, you will receive a full and prompt refund. If the shopping cart or payment processor prevents you from purchasing an item, please drop me an email to check its availability.
Collect all 100
If you would like to buy prints of all 100 paintings, please contact me for more information. For a limited time, I am reserving the 5 artist proofs from the 11x14” edition for boxed sets.
I have taken great care to match the colors in the photographs and prints to the paintings from the 2012 series. This was done on a professional monitor calibrated to an international standard. Because most of us do not have such precise monitors, it is possible that the colors on your screen might appear differently.
All sales on 100Paintings100Days.com are final within 5 days of artwork delivery or upon damage while in your possession, whichever comes first. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact me by email within 5 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. It is your responsibility to insure the return shipment for the value of the artwork.
Prints are sold and shipped unframed. For easy, affordable archival frame suggestions, please click here. Framing works on paper in an acid-free frame with UV glass is an essential step in preserving your print. For more information about print care and the lifespan of artwork, please see below.
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. While many of my paintings ship from the U.S., most of the available paintings and prints on 100Paintings100Days.com ship from Israel (EU residents: the point of origin is within the pre-1967 green line). It is possible, though unlikely, that customs clearance could slightly extend this estimated shipping time. If your country is not included in the groups below, please email me for the shipping rate.
Rates (by country group, in USD):

Customs fees might be collected by the country where your order is delivered. So far, orders to the US have not required customs fees. Customs duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you are concerned, please check with your local customs authority (and Harmonized Tariff Schedule where applicable) before you make your purchase. I declare paintings as "paintings" (HS code 9701.10.00) and prints as "printed posters" (HS code 4911.91.40). You are responsible for making sure that your order can be legally imported to the destination country. EU residents: my artworks originating from Israel are made within the green line and do NOT originate from the territories brought under Israeli administration since June 1967.
All artwork will be carefully wrapped and packed. Paintings will ship in boxes and most prints will ship rolled inside hard tubes. The smallest prints will typically ship in envelopes. After unpacking prints from the tube, the paper will flatten out when placed in a frame.
Oh no! If you did not receive the package and the tracking information shows that the shipment was delivered, please contact your local post office. If the post office confirms that the shipment is lost, please contact me ASAP to make a claim. If you provide an incorrect address at checkout and the package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Lost items that are sold out editions or one-of-a kind paintings cannot be replaced.
Please contact me ASAP if the art has been damaged in transit. To file a claim, you must send me digital photos of the damaged packaging and damaged artwork. In some cases, the damaged artwork will have to be returned.
Copyright + Licensing
I retain the full copyrights for my art with all rights reserved. Buying the art does not change this. You may not reproduce the artwork or images of the artwork without my prior written permission. If you would like to re-post pictures or content from 100Paintings100Days.com in blog entries, website articles, and social network postings, you may do so as long as the images and content link back to 100Paintings100Days.com, preferably to the specific pages where such content originated. Spreading the word is much appreciated if done fairly! Please don't hesitate to contact me for other copyright questions, permissions and/or licensing.
Care + Lifespan of Artwork
For optimum lifespan of fine art prints, display each print under UV glass in an archival, acid-free frame. Other storage methods could damage the print over time. Additional factors affecting print stability include display conditions, light intensity, humidity, atmospheric conditions, etc. These conditions, as well as others, can also affect the long-term stability of paintings on canvas, however works on canvas do not need to be framed or displayed under glass. While all of these works for sale are made using the highest quality professional materials and practices, I am not responsible for the stability or lifespan of the artwork. Click here for affordable, archival frame suggestions that are perfect for the 100x100 prints.
Each print shipment will contain a sticker, one for the back of each frame. Do not affix this sticker to the print, as it will damage the artwork.
If you would like to make a friend’s day by purchasing an electronic gift certificate to 100Paintings100Days.com, you may do so here. I create each gift certificate code manually and will reply by email as soon as possible with your unique gift code. Please allow up to 48 hours for the gift certificate code to arrive by email (usually less than 12 hours). Gift certificates expire after 12 months and may only be used once. If you do not spend all of the money on your gift card and it has not expired, contact me immediately with your gift code and I will issue a new code for the remaining balance. Remaining balances may not be redeemed for cash. Art makes a great birthday, holiday, house warming, wedding, graduation and just-because gift!
